  • TexMex hot stix

    I did 20 pounds of TexMex hot stix I used 10 pounds of Pork and 10 pounds of Elk meat I used PSseasonings TexMex snack stick seasoning great stuff a little hot but great flavor I smoked them using hickory the pic does not show them well these look great and have a nice color and taste great

    and here is the pic




    Happyness is a full smoker

      Huey, I know those turned out good & bet there aint many left.... A little spicy sounds about right for me..... send em South brother....

              look good, how hot are they ?

              everytime I aim for spicy, by the time they've finished smoking, the heats dropped right off. I keep forgetting to adjust for smokeing drop off lol

                  They have some heat to them but not so much that you cannot eat them and the heat does not kill the other tastes more of a med hi heat
