Juicy Lucy, LArry and Portobello

The famous "Larry Burger" mix. Two cleaned and scrapped portobellos, a big chunk of Cracker Barrel Sharp Cheddar and a wee bit of Danish Blue Cheese.


Make a patty in the mushroom bells and grate the cheese.


Pile on the Cheddar and Blue Cheese.


Make a patty on the top. (Not put Patty on top)


Slide in the smoker with friends,


2 1/2 hours later @ 150F internal temp.


And getting ready to disappear!!


Yum, Yum, this will happen again!!

Actually the cheese is in the middle of the meat and it WAS reallllly good! But, steak...that gives me another idea...back to the kitchen. :-}
