  • More Pizza on the Klose w/Pix!

Last night was pizza night, which gave Pop-Pop a little quality time to spend with Lucille...

My wife built 4 lovely pizzas... a white, a pepperoni and cheese, a sausage and blue cheese, and a half tomato/half tomato and cheese. All were outrageous! They were cooked in the Klose at around 425-450, using sugar maple splits... love that wood!

    Here's the PizzaPorn:

    Ready for Lucille!

    Getting there...

    Oooh yeah!

    Lucille's business end...

    Ready to eat...

    All done!

    Thanks for looking!!

              Thanks all!

Yes Rich, it is holding up pretty well... I rub it down with peanut oil every once in awhile... seems to work well in keeping the paint pliable, and gives it a nice sheen.

Naahhh, Ryan can whup my arse with that oven, plus he has Kelly out there to provide the karma. My wife wanted me to build a pizza oven, but now that I have the Klose... maybe I won't have to...
