  • 365 beef and noodles

Left over brisket...It happens every once and a while.

1 can cream of chicken... cream of mushroom is better, but i didnt have any
    1 can cream of celery
    1/2 jar of beef gravy
    1 bag egg noodles
    1 carton of beef stock
Boil noodles, strain and set aside. Put stock in pot with cream soups and gravy, bring to a boil and wisk till disolved, add brisket and noodles. Simmer on low. You may wanna have xtra stock..the noodles soak up alot of the liquid.

i just did this last nite, didn't EVEN think about taking pics..........I used left over tri-tip, and some of my homemade strami. I am not a big fan of beef and noodles, but momma is......but, i must say, i went back for seconds !

                      Lookin real good there buddy.
BTW, Rachael Ray has a funky body, it's weird shaped. I don't know about her broth/stock but her EVOO is WAY WAY too expensive.

This recipe I'm gonna try. Thanks!
