Congrats to Captain & Smoke BBQ Team

Well since they don't seem to want to brag about themselves I'll do it for them. The Captain & Smoke BBQ team took the Reserve Grand Championship at the Mt. Morris BBQ Throwdown this past weekend and took 1st place in chicken. Way to go guys! The team is made Capt. Dan, Richtee, Crewdog, and Smokin Lee(as far as I know).

A definite huge CONGRATS to you guys. Diana and I had a great time hanging with you again. I just don't unnerstand why you didn't place high in brisket too. The couple samples you let me try were excellent. You did a great job especially considering the rainy nasty weather during plating time.
It does a guys heart good to see the happiness on Geoff's and Dan's faces when their wins were announced.
A big thanks also to Zeeker for makin the long trek from Canada to meet and spend some time with us. It was a real pleasure to meetcha buddy.

After the several comps I've attended getting to meet and watch the guys in the Rubbed, Smoked & Sauced and Captain & Smoke teams I know I have to start looking harder to find a couple guys to make up a team of my own.
