breakfast of champienz....tater cakes anyone??/

well i was gonna do twice baked taters but kept ripping the skin so i diced & mashed w/ skin on- added garlic,onion,& crumbled bacon.made tater cakes-breaded them w/ saltines or bread crumbs(tater patties),deep fry or pan fry(oh the fishing trip style),smoke them for 15-30- pouring the smoke to them, slap a sunny up or poached egg & cheese on top.. bed this on a d.o. drop biscuit............

ever since they "fixed" my cable/phone/int. the other day this thing keeps shutting down.....everytime i log on to photo bucket it bumps me....
i give up.

so true... it DIDN'T happen... i stayed up 'til 3am recording & jamming. after digging up the plumbing in the yard, the chairo visit, a few beers,.. latida..
i finally slept for 6 straight.. i woke up @ 9:30am today & literally had to roll out of bed.. i think the chairo broke me...so here I is.. broken,bent, & about to smoke some chicken...
gotta do what ya gotta do....

I've been having a LOT of trouble with PhotoBucket lately also PIA.
