Bored last night, so I smoked up some Mad Hunky Gouda Bacon Balls on the Weber Smokey Joe. Started with big hunks of Gouda, then microwaved some bacon to the point of being cooked but still flexible & wrapped around the Gouda hunks..... Wrapped these in lean ground beef, rolled in Mad Hunky, CBP & some Kosher salt...... Smoked - Q-d indirect over Vine Maple & finished with SBR's..... Had a little bit of Gouda lost on each one, but still tasty!
