    Was time to put some pics in here myself, instead of enjoying everyone elses. I forgot to pick up apple juice so decided to use Mango Margarita Mix instead, and added some Tequila also. Have'nt had spares in along time........... they turned out very good.

        Try Pecan/Apple if you get the chance, but yes..pecan is an excellent wood for about ANYTHING

                Love sharing the view of my set up.......
                I modified the Klose to build it in, I had ordered the smoker to have the fire door on the front BUT........ I was milfed when it got here, oh well it works real fine the way she is.

                Hopefully next year I will be able to put a roof over the top. If the ECONOMY comes back, hope you enjoy, I'm here most weekends and so are alot of others so stop on by in you're in the area.
