  • Jerk Pineapple Pork, Grilled Up On The Little (But Mighty) Weber Smokey Joe

Made up some Jerk marinade/past yesterday & put it to the test on some boneless Pork CSR's cut into strips.... Was thinking that leaving the seeds from the Jalapenos in would make it too hot..... But it did not.... had the perfect heat for me anyway..... Also added another 1/2 Cup of cushed Pineapple to get the sweet going stronger... Marinated overnight & grilled on the Weber Smokey Joe over Kingsford Comp.... Oh Yeah.... ... It was a little over 1 pound & me & my 15 y/o son & I ate it in about 5 minutes...

            Those look amazing Scott.
Looking at your jerk seasoning and trying to figure out how to make it a dry rub and keep the pineapple. Anyone ever make powder out of dried pineapple?
