http://i359.photobucket.com/albums/oo32/Uncle-Honky/DSC03128.jpg Smoked Canadian bacon and eggs. Smoked some Canadian bacon for 10 min. over alder on the ecb, top rack. At 250* Took the bacon off and put in the bottom of a muffin pan, greased with bacon grease.
http://i359.photobucket.com/albums/oo32/Uncle-Honky/DSC03131.jpg Cracked an egg over each slice of Canadian bacon. With a dash of salt and pepper and a splash of hot sauce. Then back in to the smoker ,top rack , for 30 min. over alder.
