was up?was gonna get jerky going tonite but I think to early-tomarrow with a 48 hr soak-still maybe to long,get it cut up and soak fri morn maybe.just finished chores-now somthing for dinner???

getting a few londen broils tomarrow-inform meat guy for jerky cross grain-will pick up wed-sauced till sat.
