  • Hello Everyone and Thank You Hannibal!!!

I've been an avid hunter for 40+ years now and love the great outdoors. So much so, I spend the non-hunting part of the year 4wheeling in the woods and swamps of Michigan. I have always wanted to try smoking but for one reason or another never got around to it. The last few months I've been talking with my friend Hannibal, and everyday I go home fired-up and wanting to try it. My wife sensing this, talked with him, and bought me a gas smoker for my birthday. She couldn't even wait to give it to me after I came home telling her how awesome Hannibal's wings were the other day and she gave it to me early. I have been surfing the site and see it is a wealth of information and see that I have so much to learn. Thank you for being here with all your knowledge.

There's nothing friendly about competition with us, GuardDog already knows that from our poker games where everyone brings a (at least one) gun.

Good to see you made it here bro. Happy smokin'
