As of this summer, I am a "contract cook" located 30 miles north of Milwaukee Wisconsin - I come to the customers house, buisness, party etc and cook to their specs. I work off a Lang 84 deluxe with char grill and warmer. I added a double burner base for deep frying, boiling noodles, frying onions and bacon etc. I have been a remodeling contractor for the past 19 years, and as building of all kinds has come to a screeching halt, I have turned my passion for cooking into another small business! I am not new to smoking, though I just bought my Lang this summer - I have had some form of bullet style smoker for nearly 20 years now, and still have the 2 which I started suedo catering on. I am still learning a LOT and wish to continue to do so. I am also always willing to share what I have learned - I will both ask and answer as needed!
