I found my way to this site on a referral from one of my friends on SMF. Wow I had always wondered why all of these people I use to talk to and see post all the time just all of a sudden disappeared off the face of the earth over there. I guess I know why now. You are all over here. I hope you don't mind I joined you.
Just a little back ground I have been smoking for several years now and have dabbled with most cuts of meat but I always like to get new ideas from other people and help out with questions whenever I am able to.
Just a little back ground on my equipment. I have a homemade propane smoke shack that is a little bigger than an outhouse, a UDS I built and one other smaller propane rig that I have used for years but really only use it for cold smoking now.
