  • ABT Holders

I have decided to bring my next product to market... ABT Holders. I have a pretty good general design in mind, but would like y'all's input before i reveal it. the question is:

If you could built the ultimate ABT holder, what would it feature?

as I look across the web, i see a few fatal flaws with most other holders. once again, i have a good sense of what can be changed, rearrange, or combined to make a good one and solve most of these problems, but what about you guys? what would you look for in a quality ABT holder? quantity of holes, approximate size, shape, etc.

any and all input is greatly appreciated.

    Later,
    Andy

I've not used an abt holder before. Seem them online, but never used one.

I'd say the toughest part would be the hole sizing. I know my peppers are usually not very consistent in size.

2 features would be stainless steel and some sort of feet that would work with different grates...........

Y'all may think I'm nutz... well I am! What I'm using, and it works quite well, is an old office wire in/out basket...

The beauty of it is, if you make ABTs whole, you can stand them up. If you halve them, you can lay them down. It measures approximately 14'' x 11'', and stands about 4 1/2" tall. The openings are about 1 1/4" square, which could be a bit larger, and it doesn't have to be that tall. I visioned making these things in a round shape, for WSMs and such, and a couple of different sizes in rectangular and square.

          Just my 2 pennies worth...
