Hey everyone. Was referred to this site by salmonclubber. He's helped me out ALOT on another site so thanks again huey. Hunting is over, lakes are frozen so the smoker has been pretty busy lately. I recently got a masterbuilt which makes my life alot easier than my old one. I was just about to build one from scratch until the old lady bought me that one. So, if you guys don't mind, I'd like to post some projects I've taken on with the new smoker. I have a feeling I'll be visiting the sausage forum quite a bit.
