Just a couple things I did up on Saturday...... "shark gilled" up some chicken breasts, "Mod" Hunkified them & smoke-grilled for me kids chicken sammy. One with Ranch & lettuce & the other with SBR's & bacon.
Then, went to the end of the bench & pulled out me old Weber Q that has not seen action since the winter time..... Cleaned her up fired it off & got it smoking hot & grilled up some fresh Sea Bass my buddy brought me.... Almost made if off the grill without busting up the filets, but 1 broke in 1/2.... I guess I need to get one of those long fish spatulas one of these days..... I used Pam spray on the grate & it will get kinda sticky-gooey on a real hot grate & should have used butter or oil.... Oh well, it was an awesome sunny day in Washington, temps said 88* on me thermo, just perfect for some patio time grilling ...... Going to family pool bbq party today, prolly end up doing the same thing again
