    I think you will find most sugars start to degrade around 350°F, the more refined, the lower it seems...

        Hmmm I'm not familiar with the cane juice...but I bet that it would have the higher range burn point. Also, probably has more "molasses" flavor? I know the cane suryp I got from 44BBQ was pretty "molasses-sy" Did well on ribs I thought... sweeter than the agave stuff.

          A lot of turbinado is made from Sugar Cane Juice, sugar Evaporated Cane Juice powder may not be much different. Have to read the package and see if it was made from Sugar Cane or Sugar beets.
