    Got the Tasso curing in the fridge to smoke tomorrow.

    Wanna make some "Dumbo Gumbo" for the College Football National Championship game Saturday night!

    Where do you buy pachyderm and what's the Internal temp. on that stuff?

    Heard it tastes kinda like Gator?

      Internal temp 165°. Tastes like a crappy cut of beef.
