  • Attended the Slap Yo' Daddy Pitmaster Class yesterday

I attended Harry Soo's BBQ Class yesterday here in AZ. It was a great time. He's an awesome guy.

Learned a lot of comp vs. backyard tips as well as cooked and ate a lot of good food. I'll post more pics tomorrow, but here's a couple

He is local here in San Diego and his classes are sold out for several months

What new tips did you pick up ? Is it worth the $495 if you are not going to compete

It was $349, and i feel real fortunate after finding out what his backlog of classes is

I do think it was worth it for SURE. He's a real grounded guy, extremely economical, and I learned a ton. He deserves all he's accomplished.

I'll take my notes w/ me to work tomorrow and post some stuff w/ the rest of the pics I got.

Looking forward to seeing what you learned. His classes in So CA are at his home. I talked to him and his wife at the Vista CA comp. He is a great guy.
