    I just found this forum while looking for some recipes, and it looks great!

    I'm currently in the middle of whipping up 15 lbs of chicken sausage, and will follow with pics!

    Tentatively:
    5 lbs of Buffalo Chicken
    5 lbs of Sun-dried Tomato, Black Olive, Spinach, and Feta
    5 lbs of Pineapple, Bacon


    the meat is cooling to be ground, and I'm off for last minute ingredients.

                      Hello from south Jersey and ...looking forward to your sausage expertise.
                      Lang 36 Patio, a few Webers, 2 Eggs, plenty of gadgets and a MES 40 Gen 2.5 electric for bacon and sausage.
                      My best asset however is the inspiration from the members on this forum.
