All I know is what I've read on their web site. I stumbled across it from Facebook. Here's a contact name and email that was listed on Georgia BBQ Association web site http://www.bbqga.org/contests/

Holy cow, since I joined the GBA I've been getting apps for all the comps. I am holding out until May, however, for me first comp that's 15 minutes from me house. The Boss Hog comp is a KCBS comp.

I've noticed that the Georgia BBQ Assoc. comps are more expensive than the KCBS sanctioned gigs. WTF?

They actually give you a $25 credit if you participate in the People's Choice, whereas GBA charges additional $25.

In this Boss Hog gig, don't they also give you like ten pounds of wings to cook up for the wing comp and the public? Dang, you even get to sell your food down there... wish they'd let us do that up this way!
