  • Hi from Colorado

    Hi
Just stopped in to say Hi. I am in northern Co. I have two smokers. A Brinkmann Gourmet electric and a brinkmann two door Brinkmann vertical. I am doing a little work to the vertical to seal up some of the leaks before I get too far in.
I have done some smoking but not a lot. A few chickens, some wings, some ribs, more than a few pork shoulders and beef roasts. There is never much left, so it must be fairly good.
that is about all there is to know about me. I am not very interesting.

Howdy and a big from New Jersey.
Lang 36 Patio, a few Webers, 2 Eggs, plenty of gadgets and a MES 40 Gen 2.5 electric for bacon and sausage.
My best asset however is the inspiration from the members on this forum.

                        Smokin Bud...Hmmm......

                        Sounds like my kinda guy

Love my electric gourmet! Drilled a few holes, add a few things and converted it to gas years ago and use it allllllll the time for quick, small or high heat smokes.
