Hello all, my name is Rich and I hail from SW Iowa. I love grilling/smoking all kinds of wild and domestic "stuff"...been doin' it for some 30 years now. I currently have a Cookshack Amerique for smoking and a Weber Genesis for the grilling part...also have the Cabela's line for my grinder, slicer, mixer, and vac sealer plus an F. Dick 12 lb stuffer for the sausage part. Always looking forward to learning more...glad to be on board!
