New to forum... Hello I say!

Hello All,
Just checking in as I hear there are some good people on this forum. I love smoking meat and the subsequent meat porn industry. I caught the bug heavy a year or so back and have been borderline crazy for smoking ever since. I started with making my own chipotle powder and it has grown from there. I live in Portland, OR and due to having a covered porch smoke all year long. I'm currently in the process of completing a dehydrator build out of a holding cabinet I purchased off of CL.
