    I've been lurking for almost a year now and decided I should finally join. Thanks to you folks I built an UDS to get my start in smoking. I have done a hand full of boston butts for pulled pork, thanksgiving turkey and cornish hens so far. Unfortunately because I work 50hrs a week and am in school, smoking up some bbq doesn't happen as much as I would like. Thanks for all of the good info!

                          Nice to finally meet you.
                          Lang 36 Patio, a few Webers, 2 Eggs, plenty of gadgets and a MES 40 Gen 2.5 electric for bacon and sausage.
                          My best asset however is the inspiration from the members on this forum.
