  • Hi from PA, Smoked Meat is my life!

My name is Lloyd but most people know me as freebee. I am the list ower for the sausage list and the home butchering groups on yahoo. I own and operate a bbq bar and resturant called The Smokehouse Tavern. I have my own butcher shop at my home. I operate two smokers a couple times a week to make pulled pork, pit beef, pit pork and bbq brisket. The first one is made by southern yankee and is a rotisserie smoker. The second is side box smoker.
Meat is my life: I am a master sausage maker and meat processor. I country cure Hams and Bacon. I cure anything you can think of when I make the time to do it.
I am 62 years young and been playing with my meat all my life.
