Wild Cherry is typically what I get here Goose. Love me some cherry smoked pork, and cherry wood smoked salmon is Mrs. Engineer's favorite. You can't go wrong with it by itself, and it compliments most other woods too...For the big rig I'll also use a cherry and pecan mix...delicious!BBQ Eng.
