So I made a simple cucumber and tomato salad using mayo, sour cream, a dash of white vinegar, sliced onion, sea salt, CBP, dill and fresh bacon bits.
Browned some ground beef. Diced carrots, green pepper, onion, miniced garlic, sea salt and CBP.
Sauce was made with a couple of cans of puree, paste and whole roma tomatos ( I crushed the tomatos before adding to the sauce. Rinsed the cans with some red wine and added a bit of water. A couple of bay leaves, oregano, basil, sea salt and CBP.
Added the meat when the sauce warmed up and simmered for about 6 hrs.
Here's the plate... A couple of chunks of freash bread and Romano on top.
