Anyway it can be done. Roasted, boiled, grilled, smoked, nuked, steamed right off of the stalk...

I have never found a BAD way to do corn on the cob...but I DO dearly love the soaked and tossed in the coals or on the grill stuff. JUST a bit of brown on some of the kernels from the heat...mmmmmm!

I do have to agree with that statement. Who hasn't climbed a fence in the summer and eaten it raw right off the stalk?

We simply dip in water and egg, then into breadcrumbs seasoned with a bit of garlic salt, cayenne, and black pepper. Had a mess of it yesterday.

Take the silk off, leave the husks on, smother in mayo and sprinkle parmesan or romano cheese wrap up in the husks and on to the grill. YUM

Nah..carefully peel back the husk. Remove the silk. Smear some butter on and sprinkle with garlic pepper. Put the husk back in place. Grill about 15 minutes per side. Thinking as 4 quarters. Easy.

Tried 4 or 5 other ways. Just more work than necessary.
