Tonight's dinner was inspired by our own Wingman. I watched his tri-tip video, and I thought what the hell. Let's make a really nice sandwich for dinner. Got a tri-tip and seasoned with salt, CBP, rosemary, and garlic. My que is down for a few days so I did this cook in the oven. Cooked it for 1hr at 300° and then another 20 min at 350°. Pulled it at 140° and let rest for 30 min. Sliced off a few slices and made a sandwich w/ sharp cheddar, and BBQ sauce on whole wheat. Enjoy the pics.

G-Man that is a fantastic looking Tri-Tip!
I see you are a garlic lover as I am. The garlic and Rosemary really rock the Bovine in this recipe. Oven or not... Nicely done man!Smoke it.. and they will come!
