  • Capt's Pizza is now open!

    I am having my first Pizza party today. Invited my cousin dave and his wife (he was the awesome mason), my in-laws and my Mother. I have about 6 different pies i am gonna try, I will update later tonight with pics!

                    Not bad for the first pies if you ask me!! Looks like two different types of dough used for the first and second pies. One thin and one thick?

                    I could go for either!!

                      First one was my thin crust, the rest was actually a Papa Ramano's recipe.

                        I ended up making 6 pies and 1 calzone. I gave a pie to the neighbors, we ate the rest lol
