Love the boneless thighs!! So useful... I fend them for around 1.15 per lb on sale... and stock up... 40 lb is a lot of freezer space...

$1.29 sounds good, never heard of Cash n Carry though.
Just because you welded some shit together doesnt make it a WSM.

I love thighs also & they seem to run $2.50+ lb most of the thyme around here for boneless/skinless. Got lots of freezer space available, so I might just have to go get me a bag & see

Be careful prior to purchasing. It might be assorted pieces parts, and not whole b/s thighs, which might work well for sausage, but not so well for other things...

Yeah, the picture showed ka-bobs, so I'm thinking it's most likely "chunks" or whatever, which would be fine for sausage. Just have to skewer everything else I guess for grilling? Or grill basket?

If I ordered enough, I could glue together an Ostrich

$1.25 is a screamin deal. No wonder I buy my poultry south of the border whenever I can. We pay easily 5.00 per lb for thighs (not boneless) and about 10.00 per lb for boneless breasts. I think boneless thighs are about the same too.

Cash n carry - how is their meat anyway? Prices look too good to be true.

Prices are very good on all meats. Might be a store up North of Olympia? Maybe Bellingham?

Yes there is one in Bellingham. I love that place but have never tried the meat. Is it as good as Costco or better in your opinion?. Think I saw Angus New Yorkers for less than 4 bucks a pound. WOW

Costco, at least here, is more "fresh" packed meat, where C & C's meat is all cryovaced. Might be worth a look

Restaurant Depot has the same thing, 10 lbs, 10 bucks. Made a couple batches of Ken's spinach and feta sausage with it, the woman unit loves it.
Lang 36 Patio, a few Webers, 2 Eggs, plenty of gadgets and a MES 40 Gen 2.5 electric for bacon and sausage.
My best asset however is the inspiration from the members on this forum.
