  • Weber smoky joe

Been a long time since I cooked on anything but a gas grill....I bought a weber smoky joe years ago , but never did use it much. So yesterday after work I dug it out , shined it up and cooked supper for my gang.....boneless pork chops , baked potatoes and butternut squash from my garden....

Had my smoking log handy , even tho , technically this wasn't a smoke

I learned a lot about what this little grill can do , I think I'm gonna do some chicken or CSR's next...

I felt a little silly doing the minion method on this tiny grill , but the thing rocked 300 degrees for well over 4 hours on one small chimney of KF.....pretty good

I think eventually I will do that. Seems like it'd be a cool little smoker.
