Fightin the wind and rain. Put the kettle in the garage because there was just no way I wasn't smokin something on my only day off.
While the pork loin and wings were marinating and the stuffing was being prepared I smoked so Ghost Peppers.
Here's the stuffing... Par boiled brown rice in Kitchen Basics Veg Stock. Browned sausage. Sauteed peppers, red onion and celery. Mixed and cooled before adding it to the loin.
Loin swimmin in Ginger Ale, Soy, Celery and Onion.
Laid out.. Stuffed, rolled, tied and rubbed with Mad Hunky GP

Pressed the gasser into duty for the wings. Beer & Italian Dressing.. Finished with Dirty Jack Sauce.
One quick plated shot before the game. Served with Mrs Cav's Sour Cream and Cucumber Salad.
