Anybody have one of these? Looks really nice just curious if its wide enough for bacon? Thanks Marcus, another thing that might piss the misses off.
It says the slicer is 15.6 in long and the leading edge of the blade looks to be about in the center of the slicer. So I would guess the stroke (length) would be about 8 inches.

it's my Waring Pro w/ a different brand name on it.
the plastic pusher part is crap & doesn't grab meat plus the thing is so slow it heats up the meat as you cut.
I just use my knives. faster, better,& easier w/ less cleanup.
get enough briskets/pastrami under your belt & you'll be thin slicing like a champ in no time.
save for a hobart.
brink vertical charcoal(the carp)
18" old smokey charcoal grill/smoker
cast iron Hibachi
22" Kettle w/ "Smoke-EZ" styled riser extension
& rotisserator
12x7 wells cargo vending trailer(mods in progress)
stuffer, slicer & more carp than i can fit in it...
Marshall amps & various awesome guitars,drums,P.A.,etc.recording studio.....
It looks exactly like my el cheapo Waring Pro, which I've been using for more years than I care to count, and it has always served me very well.
Here it is after doing some bacon.
