      No.. I had a couple

Think I'm going to strain and think some of the sauce.. I'm looking for something a little bit silky if you know what I mean.

If you are looking for a dipping sauce... I think..maybe just add a small and I mean small amount of sour cream and stir together... just a thought..

              Looks fantastic cav
Good dipping sause for spring rolls is fish sause, sugar, chopped chilli, lime juce and a dash of vinigar.
Mix in ratios to your taste but it should be sweet sour salty and fresh, you can add chopped chives or coriander too.
I've been known to add wasabi to it to I love the stuff

                Awesome looking rolls there Cavman.
I'm thinking a Thai sweet chili sauce might go well with that too.....a little sweet/hot action?

Thanks for the comments and input all.

I warmed up some of the Teriyaki Sauce in a Monkey Dish and Mrs Cav at 3 of the rolls with the Teriyaki as a dip. She's not a big fan of Asian so felt good about her response.
