1st & 2nd cook

Well first cook took place this morning on the YS 640 with some bacon ( wife said she will never eat bacon unless it comes off the grill again). Second cook is tomorrow late afternoon with some baby backs (already sitting in the fridge with the rub and ready). Shooting for a 7:00pm EST dinner with beans and mac salad. Will try and post pictures this week if I can figure out how. If you are close to Winston Salem NC tomorrow night around 7 stop in and give them a try.


Keep your fingers crossed I keep telling the wife after she eats the BBQ she will be glad I got the Yoder!
