  • A few Chick Pics

Well it started out sunny on Sunday.. Then it got windy and then it rained. I was already committed so I just winged it.

    Thighs in Hoser's Teriyaki

Cherry Smoked and Finished with Tiger Sauce

Throwback Hot Whang with some Smitty's.. Spritzed with 50/50 Cider Vinegar and water

Brushed these with Tiger Sauce and tossed them in the oven to finish.. Did I mention it was raining These are all that were left

That's all.. Thanks for takin a look

Great chicken pics there.. could go for a few of those right about now!!

okay I am new to this kettle thing... do you foil the entire bottom grate or just the part that does not have the coals... is this normal.. has to help with the mess that is for sure...

Brian.. I only foil the cooking area. Put coals over one of the bottom vents and the foil over the other two. Top vent goes over the cooking area opposite the coals.
