  • Chicken and pork cook

Haven't posted in a while... made stuffed pork tenderloin and a couple chickens tonight with some garlic ranch shrooms..

Used basic brine recipe on the chicken and stuffed the pork with spinach and mushrooms. Storm front started moving in had me worried a bit but went around us *whew* thanks for checking me out y'all

Looks really good. I'm intrigued with the mushrooms. How do you do those?

Thanks! It was about 24 oz shrooms, olive oil, 1 pkg hidden valley ranch, chopped garlic, S&P. I usually add some chopped bacon but I was lazy today LOL
