  • Meatball Sub

For the meatballs I used ground turkey, a couple of eggs, Italian bread crumbs dried parsley and grated some onion.

In a skillet with a little oil to get a little color on them.

Moved them indirect to finish cooking and added some waffle fries

I took half of the meatballs and added them and some marinara sauce back in the CI skillet till the sauce was warm. I forgot to snap a pic.
Split a sourdough loaf of bread and added provolone cheese

    the meatballs

and added some sauteed onions and peppers

Cut a section of the sandwich, add some fries and a salad and call it dinner, thanks for looking!!

Another fine job. I love a good meatball sub, and this one looks great. Even though it's turkey. Have some hot Italian in the freezer saved for a couple of these.
