Oh Hell Yeah! Gman is rockin da house! Tom, that is a great looking rib cook. The rub sounds interesting and I like the sound of the sauce as well. That's thinking out of the box and that's why I have got to toss some your way. Nicely done man!
Smoke it.. and they will come!

Glad you all like it. About the rub it isn't anything special. I use MH no salt as a choice for me, but when cooking for others I have to add the salt back in for taste, and for the rub to "FUNCTION"as it should. The Brown sugar is just me being lazy and adding it all at once so I don't have to apply it over what I already rubbed.

Now that sauce is something special. Fool around with it if you like, but man this is my new go to recipe and I created it. So if you use it send me 5 dollars.

So if we tweak it do we get a discount or royalties? I'm thinking that it might need some heat

For the record no one owes me a dime if they use that recipe. Wouldn't mind it though if they told me how much they and their guests enjoyed it.

That spicy paprika from Hungary is pretty hot, but yeah this sauce recipe is sticky sweet. Most people are going to tweak it, and most if not all are going to raise the scovilles a bit. The 5 dollar thing is a crack at someone(on another forum) who charges for their recipes which is BS in my book. If you're gonna charge then at least make the stuff and let me buy that.
