Lamb Chops

Super simple dinner tonight. Lamb chops marinated in some olive oil, Italian seasoning and rosemary

Chops on direct over mesquite to get a sear on them. My camera died so I had to resort to my phone to take pics


moved them indirect to finish cooking


Plated. Served with white rice seasoned with soy sauce and steamed mixed veggies
