here are some I did...a while back.. oh they were good...

Well had a hankering for some wings so picked up 4 lbs of wings today for the family today!! Rubbed them down with the Mad Hunky Hot Wang for starters!! Just about out of this stuff Rich....ummmm about ready to hit market

Put them on the Yoder at 285* for about 2.5 hours glazing every 20 minutes after the first hour.

        Sauce tonight was the following

        Franks Redhot
        Franks Sweet and Spicey
        Honey
        Worshy Sauce

Here they are off the smoker and ready to eat!!

Got some regular hunky on the way, I can spice it up no problem. Gotta worry 'bout the whiners who need a glass of milk.

Gotta break in the 640 as soon as possible, ya know? Thanks, be looking at the input and other things/wings.

            Pics when it happens, promise.

What was your order number? I'll ship a HW sample. It's not the same stuff. The GP will work tho.

I have found the wings do better if you give a bit of oil on them first, then rub. then the smoker/yoder 640 at 300*-350* will cook a bit faster and skin is better as well!! good luck!

Man, I need to go back to work or something. Looking at all these juicy pics makes me want to just get out and smoke and BBQ all day. Not to mention how hungry they make me.
Retirement wasn't supposed to be so darned stressful.

Little something different I stole from ChiSoxJim a few weeks back....not Buffalo, but still can hold its own in the heat dept, depending how heavy you get with the ingredients.....
