Yep Hawks and Caps going ito 3rd were are up 3-2 pretty good game so far.

There is a 19 year old on the Caps that is a local boy. Played in high school leagues with my nephew.

OK first you get ice. Alot of it.

You add ice shaving equipment0 in the form of guys with skates. Oh, these guys are so tough they cannot even be smoked to tenderness. And mean, mostly.

Then you give them sticks. Really strong sticks, with blades on the end.

You toss this frozen 1 pound hard rubber disc out there

then...they beat themselves into a pulp in the most awesome display of speed, power and grace known in the sporting world.

Actually I no longer play. 2 screws in my left ankle ended my skating days. It did not hurt as much as a puck in the face tho.
