  • Rich, I Can Cook!

Another Dawg Pizza, but not stuffed this time.

Homemade crust with oregano, dried parsley, garlic, and other things. Sauced, and cheesed.

Mrs Dawg said "No Meat on the Pizza!" So, cheese, spices, maters, shrooms, roasted onions, red and green pepper, and spinach.

More seasoning on it....... and more cheese

    Done!

    A slice.

Something I've never seen on a post........... Cleanup time! I clean as I go, so this was what was left.

Mrs Dawg said "No Meat on the Pizza!"
She just meant her 1/2 your 1/2 would have been fine

              Good looking pizza :-)

And I'm with you on clean up - my cooking days seem to be 3 hours washing up for every 2 hours making stuff lol

Standard pizza crust receipe I got from the internet. Flour, yeast bit of salt water. And I added dried oregano, parsley, and garlic powder. No measruing, just used tthe Mark-one Eyeball Measuring method.

                            I second what he said!!!

I had a friend do this on his weber kettle, no pizza stone - and it was fantastic. He saute'ed (or however that's spelled) the toppings first (onion, green peppers, how sausage, decased, and halfed grape tomatoes).

It was fantastic. He got the dough from the local bakery Cacias's for $0.99 / lb...while I usually defer that homemade is better...Cacias is a can't be beat.

Now I have to make this next...
