got popped with a little snow:
Messed around the rotisserie again, a couple of birds, stuffed the cavity with: lime wedges, garlic/ginger paste, kosher salt, olive oil, serano peppers, cilantro, cumin, black pepper, green onions. Rubbed them with some lard & then trussed em' up & got em on the spit:
hit them with some pepper spice blend, and some kosher salt, cooked indirect over lump and bourbon barrel oak slats:
Banged out some enchiladas with the bird.
Also did these meaty ribs:
