Israeli Chicken with Kumquats
Tarnegolet Bemitz Hadarim
Recently I made an outstanding, delicious and very easy chicken dish from Israel called Tarnegolet Bemitz Hadarim; with translates as "chicken with citrus." In my opinion, it turned out very well:
I baked/roasted it in the oven, but there's no reason why it wouldn't work on the grill, as well. It was very good, with an incredible balance provided by judicious use of bright citrus juices, sweet kumquats and zesty peppers.
Due to some temporary bandwidth issues, I am unable to post a complete photo spread here, so I will refer you to my complete, step-by-step pictorial with photos of preparation at this address:

This chicken dish was amazingly easy, and yielded huge returns in flavour. If you're looking for a "new" way to prepare chicken and want to give it a shot, let me know if you have any questions.
