  • Vortex White Pizza by a Weber Pizza Hoe!

    I skipped the pics of the prep but the dough is whole wheat/barley. Topped with homemade Alfredo sauce, asparagus tips, oioon, mater, JD clone, Chix spinach and feta cheese sausage, topped with Queso Blanco.

    The Weber set up.


    Tangerine chunks and fire added. About 5 chunks of lump on one end of both snakes.


    Assemble like dis


    Put the second grate over the bricks, stone onne de top


    Pizza #1 goes onn de stone


    Cookin! bout 600° F. I discovered after that only one of my snakes burned but it was still way hot enough and cooked evenly, thank you stone.


    Pizza #1 done.


    And inna de house


    Pizza #2 - repeat


    #2 mighta stayed inna de Weber a bit long but is was really good! Hey it was gettin late....onna school night....with no too many.....

    That HAD to be good according to the ingredient list.
    Great setup on da kettle too!

    Lang 36 Patio, a few Webers, 2 Eggs, plenty of gadgets and a MES 40 Gen 2.5 electric for bacon and sausage.
    My best asset however is the inspiration from the members on this forum.
