  • " Souvlaki " from the Kettle

    Hi guys,

today I grilled on the request of my wife a few skewers.
For that I have diced 1.5 Kilo pork neck, marinated, skewered and grilled it. Marinade consisted : 1 tablespoon freshly ground pepper, 1 tablespoon garlic powder, 1 tablespoon oregano, 2 tablespoons Spanish paprika (spicy), 1 small onion finely diced, 1 tablespoon of sea salt, 3 tablespoons of olive oil and water. Marinated for about 24h. Here are some pics :-)

Deleted pics to save quote space. I gotta say your pics are great, clear, way better than Rich could ever do. And the meal looks fantastic! If I make it to Germany, besides the ol' time food, your plated pic would be one to eat. Nice cooking!
